CHANNELS: head = spirit, left arm = air, right arm = water, left leg = earth, right leg = fire. infusing materials into these body parts increases their energy. the energy is influenced by two things: the materials used and the ritual itself.
RITUALS: synchronization from rituals lasts one abraxas phase. linear rituals connect one channel to the doll's center, while the pyramid 3 ritual connects 3 channels, and minor cauldron transfers energy to the center. parallel channel ritual does a greater number (4) of channels, and there's a secret 5-channel ritual.
ALCHEMICAL ART: relations between materials allow for highest energy generation. e.g., ruby and gold - enchant gemstone - gives +24 fire. sometimes materials get transmuted into other materials - these are legendary materials that can't be found as items
MATERIAL EXTRACTION: materials can be extracted when a doll is synchronized. costs energy, but the material is removed from the channel as an item. generally gives back the material, but can give a unique item instead - higher unique item rate on legendary mats
SECRET KNOWLEDGE: you can get secret archetypes like this. often needs a balance of energy or specific stats. can also get traits (last during sync only, can be reapplied w/ enough energy)
FORBIDDEN TOPICS: syncing beyond the limit causes entropy, which causes bad things to happen. can only do these in illegal backstage dollhouses, and these produce chimera (dolls w/ illegal parts and unstable energy balances)
